Derek Dyer and Albert Stefano, Co-Owners
Derek Dyer and Albert Stefano are proud Waterford residents who are deeply rooted in their community. They raise their families there and support local schools. With a combined experience of over 80 years in the area, their commitment to the community is unwavering. Derek brings over 20 years of experience in carpentry and construction, having honed his skills working with various builders since high school. Albert, with his expertise in masonry, focuses on custom stonework and excavation and has collaborated with numerous masonry and landscaping professionals throughout his career.
Our Journey
In 2001, we took a significant step by acquiring an existing landscaping business, initially treating it as a side venture while continuing to work for other contractors. As the business flourished, it evolved from a part-time gig into a full-time enterprise. Our early focus was on landscape maintenance, but our passion for construction and home building soon steered us toward a broader range of home improvement services.
Expanding Our Expertise
Recognizing the demand for reliable contractors, we shifted our focus to comprehensive construction projects. We began enhancing outdoor spaces with features like patios, decks, outdoor kitchens, porches, retaining walls, and drainage solutions. As our business expanded, so did our offerings, including all aspects of remodeling—from doors and windows to basements, bathrooms, kitchens, siding, and sheetrock.
